What we keep

When you sign up, we keep your email, your company name, and the tier you picked. When your AI workers do work, the call notes, email drafts, and tasks they generate live on a private cloud machine assigned to your shop. Nobody else’s account can see your data. We can’t see it casually either — we’d have to be helping you with a support ticket and you’d have to grant access.

What we don’t do

We don’t train AI on your stuff. We don’t share your data with anyone unless a law forces us to. We don’t sell email lists. If a vendor we use (Stripe for payment, Supabase for accounts, OpenRouter for the AI model) needs a piece of data to do its job, they get only that piece.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. Stripe uses a cookie on the checkout page so the payment works. That’s the list.

Delete

Email colton@automioapp.comwith “delete my account.” We delete the account row, the company row, and your VM within 24 hours. The data is gone — not flagged as deleted, actually deleted.
